STOLEN BIKE ALERT. The library's xtracycle swoop was stolen at 2am this morning and moved to an apartment complex right by the zoo. Need a volunteer to check the courtyard of the apartment complex, it appears to be still there. Anybody out that way?? #bikedc #help
