Профиль VivelyEast Bank, Minneapolis. Former long-time MN legislative and state government staffer. I take pictures.
This group of shots was made in August 2007 on a Nikon D200, my first digital camera. The available stitching software, Autopano, was early-gen too. About 5 years later, I made another stitch using the same images, and upgraded software with improved image quality.
Vic ThorstensonMultiple image stitched panorama of the full bridge, taken from the 10th Avenue Bridge. I think if you right-click on the image and select "open in new tab" you can zoom in and see a lot of detail, (at least in Firefox.)
I'm the same age as "postapocalyptic" so anyone writing my obit can just start there.

Bob CollinsWith all the political reporters sitting around navel gazing, you'd think one of them could expend the energy finding out about the rift between Walz and Flanagan.
Removing this access will send the trucks from a very busy biz/industrial area through residential streets, endangering pedestrians and cyclists and all but dooming the completion of the Grand Rounds through SE Minneapolis. Not the MnDOT cares.
