I have been prescribed antibiotics for my stomach issues. I'm chalking it up to the placebo effect, but I started feeling better after taking the first dose, and you know what? I ain't care; I'll take the fake improvement over what I was dealing with last night.

I dont know what I got, but this gastrointestinal issue is *still* kicking my ass. The good news is that symptoms are decreasing, but now I'm just exhausted 😩
