Sara Hastings-Simon 🇨🇦a vaccine would definitely be better but if you are going to remove a body part (and aren't having any more kids) this is the one to go! its a huge benefit to know that removing the fallopian tubes, which don't produce hormones, makes hte difference rather than the way more critical ovaries.
