I am so very sorry for the news. My condolences to you.

Today we would like to recognize Ken Sample aka Ken Cougar. A Black man who is credited with creating and coining the term "Fursona". While drawing one of his "Exotics" Ken drew a Cougar character that looked strikingly like himself. Attendees of this conference also wanted their own characters!

This is a character design I've been working off and on for a while. She's a catfish! Well, more specifically, a cougar/shark hybrid. Shark body, cougar coloring and paws, and the stripes are supposed to be fuzzy-textured on her shark hide. And very toothy! 🎨 @elfreckles.bsky.social 💙

I like drawing anthro tigers as martial artists. Tigers remind me of Sagat from Street Fighter. I like Sagat’s stage from Street Fighter 2 and a tiger society would make a giant statues like that Buddha Statue.

1/6 When I mentioned that Digital Circus changed my life it was certainly implied that it led to me coming out as tranfem. However, it doesn't mean I suddenly was trans and had never thought about it before or whatever and like the show suddenly made me trans, that is a silly and reductive take.
