Not quite creative feedback, but my mathematics PhD advisor told me I'd do better pursuing a career as an artist rather than going into teaching like I'd wanted to (ngl it kinda broke me, haven't taught since I graduated)
S R JonesIf you see this, please tell me the worst/most baffling bit of creative feedback you've ever recieved. Mine is still the time somebody told me my aliens had names that were too alien. Not that they were unpronounceable, just that they didn't sound enough like human names.
