Boulevard Mall in Las Vegas is still operating, and even remodeling to try to grow, but it's getting empty as half the mall is Mexican and ICE is kidnapping the vendors. It's got several thrift shops and a good botanica though. In election years it's a polling place.

Hell, even the "sign contracts on your tablet on the beach" ad came true.
