Turmeric lake trout. Fish chunks marinaded with ginger, turmeric, cayenne and oil. Fish fried in hot oil, then heated through with a paste of caramelized onion and fresh green chili and garlic ground together with demerara and lime juice. Fresh dill wilted over fish on rice vermicelli. #food 🍜

Ha, so apparently the movie I'm "in" (if they don't cut the scene I was an extra for, and I end up visible in it), features Tahmoh Penikett, in one of the main roles. He was in the updated Battlestar Gallactica, Doll House and Supernatural. In it for (probably) Yukon reasons, among others.
