The last thought for the evening I have about this is that even if, as streamers, we are avoiding every possible use of AI in the platform we're on, the plugins we use, the bots, the software, etc. What about viewers who may refuse to use Twitch, period, because of this stance? It screws us over.

😑 #Twitch, why? That's all, just why? I cannot imagine the many streamers who, more or less, make your platform what it is… wanted or asked for this. So, just tell us why. I know it's a futile hope that they would communicate with us like adults about their decisions, but honestly, come on, dawg.

After seeing some X-Men movie casting news, I said in my Discord. "I'm already exhausted, I suspect. Like, yay, yes, X-Men my beloveds. But I feel every single minute of the years I've been waiting for them to get it 'right' since that first movie." Make the movie, I'll watch, but I won't fan out.

I try to give a lot of grace, but seeing people post these OBVIOUSLY ai-generated Peanuts "strips" everywhere is getting real old. Worse when the person is an artist or a performer or a writer, etc. But most insulting... this has none of the heart or love of his strips. THE STRIP HAS NO ADULTS.

So, yeah, this weekend is my #TwitchPartner -versary. It's also a few weeks before marking 10 years streaming on #Twitch. In true "low key" fashion, I don't really have anything planned for it, but I will be streaming and hanging out (and hoping OBS doesn't crash). Time to dust off #Destiny (1)! 💖
