It's really different when cold-brewed -- no bitterness (but still just a tiny bit astringent), v floral, the aloe and citrus notes are bigger, almost sickly sweet without anything added I think I like it hot better (and mixed 50/50 with lemonade), but it's fun to drink straight when cold-brewed
