#Films&TV2026 Zombieland and Zombieland Double Tap: I adore these films. The first is a lovely film about finding family, the sequel builds and expands and is more spectacular. They are both very funny, gruesomely wholesome nonsense throughout. 5/5 for Zombieland and 4/5 for Double Tap.

For the second day in a row the Guardian is leading on Reform sleaze, and it's the last paper on the review with the main story not even mentioned. I wonder if there's a reason for this?

#Films&TV2026 The End We Start From: an interesting film with Jodie Comer as a woman coping after an ecological catastrophe. It's a gritty and dark story of character and strength. Not a film to enjoy but one to admire. Cameos from Mark Strong, Gina McKee, Nina Sosanya and the Cumberbatch. 4/5

#Films&TV2026 Ghosts Australia. It was never going to be as good as the original but is far better than the American one. Nice characters distinct from their British cousins, worth watching 3.5/5

#Films&TV2026 Nuremberg: this is a film that will sit in my head for a while. Powerful and intelligent although there is just a passing mention of the academics, Roma gypsies and other foreign nationals who were killed in concentration camps, and none at all of the gay or disabled people. 4.5/5
