Bad news: the toilet was backing up into the flood, I just didn't realize. Worse news: the sewer pipe is completely blocked and may need to be replaced, which is another $6-7K after the $10K cleanup, and I don't know if my insurance will cover any of it

Good news: my water heater isn't fucked, and I was able to relight the pilot light and have a hot shower Bad news: the drain flooded again 💀 Good-ish news? It only flooded when I took a shower, not when I flushed the toilet, and the basement was completely dry pre-shower
