Charlottetown is considering legalizing rolling stops which have been shown to be safer for cyclists than full stops, two-abreast riding, bike signals, and sidewalk cycling for kids under 14, and anyone in signed spots where there are temporary gaps in the bike network and low pedestrian volumes.
