I think one reason she may not be counted as an "Old Bolshevik" is that she sided with the Mensheviks in 1906 and only crossed sides to the Bolsheviks in 1915. she was certainly sidelined under Stalin's leadership but I think "survivor of the purge" is a bit dramatic - she spent most of it abroad.
