I finally finished borderlands 2 for the second time on Axton after I gave up trying to do TVHM Salvador. The game is a LOT better when your account wide BAR boosts and hunting quest Uniques -since I adamantly refuse to farm bosses for legendaries- help to offset the totally borked level scaling.
