It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. Been hard at work polishing up Second Wind. I haven’t been able to get Steam to remove the false flag, but it will be coming out there…just not in the counties that don’t allow that flag. Please support the JAST release of it instead.

beat E33. I can see why so many people told me to play it after they beat Escape Velocity. It does earn its place in the triad of great games about grief (SH2, P3, this), but yeah, your grieving process loses all sympathy when you start hurting other people (ie:wandavision)

The period of time where you’ve finished making a game but are still months away from releasing it into the wild is rougher than most things I’ve experienced. I really feel like I should be doing more right now.

Okay, it sucks I need to say this, but people gotta know. One common sentiment I’ve seen since sharing my story about Steam false flagging my visual novel as adult only has been: “Bro, it wasn’t even banned! False flagged, sure, but not BANNED. What’s the big deal?” Kinda is banned…

Big fan of DLsite for visual novel assets as well. They have a BUNCH of really high quality, royalty-free resources you can use. Love their backgrounds in particular.

Update for Siren’s Call: Second Wind… Still no luck with Steam. They will not remove the false flag from my game, which not only destroyed any chance I had of recouping my loses from making it, but also is, at the end of the day, forced false advertising for my visual novel. Trying again…
