That’s awful. What is wrong with people? 😔

We need government to tell everyone the truth and take urgent steps to help us get through what’s coming. Communities will need to help each other. I fear we’re being abandoned.

I weep. I joined Greenpeace in 1993 because of this and their campaigns to protect nature. This text was in the Greenpeace diary from back then, predicting what would happen if we didn’t move away from fossil fuels and the industry’s grip on us. Our leaders have failed us completely.😢😡

As a former resident of 34 years, Tamworth should definitely have its own parish council. It has its own history and needs. People should have local representation. I just hope the Reform lot buzz off though.

My local MP @bengoldsborough.bsky.social has written to government on water collection issues for farmers. But the issues are national and affect everything. Our River Wensum is now low, poisoned with dead fish everywhere. We need real and vocal leadership on this urgent situation.

We need all hands on deck to adapt to / address climate resilience. Doing it in a top down way won’t work and will be too late. People ‘on the ground’ are the ones often with the solutions and certainly the ones required to implement them. I’m so frustrated with this gov’t.😡

Just wait until peri-menopause! I hope they research the digestive symptoms of this more fully too!
