When Sunshine is having its good moments, it’s an all-timer, but when it’s having its bad moments, it truly is straight ass. Even I don’t know for sure whether I like it or not because of how much my opinion fluctuates. Its mountains and valleys are what really make it such a divisive game.

The crossover idea came a little bit after the initial idea but before drawing the main comic. I did play around in my head with the idea of getting a bunch of witches from other r/comics webcomics and having a zoom out shot where Hagatha says “Well THEY like it” but I was too lazy to do that lmao.

I don’t think that’s really the problem now. I think the main issue was that they primarily worked on handheld 2D titles and got pushed to having to make home console titles when they were still getting their feet wet with 3D. They increased the scope by magnitudes without increasing the dev time.
