Huh. I don’t follow football at all, but it’s vaguely reassuring to find that some people don’t want to sell everything off for short term private financial gain… (I naturally remain skeptical as to whether this will last. But for now…)

Hope that everyone going to TFN has a safe journey and has fun there. Disappointed that we still can’t make it, especially this year, of course, but hopefully we will one year soon when the Scraplet is more able to appreciate it. Or at least stop grabbing at everything he sees on shelves… ;-)

Waiting for a train. A crowd of teens carrying Spider-Man: Brand New Day posters have just arrived on the platform. I’m desperately hoping that my lack of grasp of Italian will save me from spoilers.

After spending the morning in a sub (no, *still* not like that, BlueSky), I spent the afternoon going deeper underground... This post for @inflatabledalek.bsky.social, since I couldn't get that out of my head the entire time I was down there. (See? Your evening wasn't completely wasted...)

Was indeed on a sub (still not like that, BlueSky) this morning. Had to go for the earliest ride we could, due to needing to be back at the hotel for… an important thing… so had planned everything to the last minute, left many margins for error. So of course the train there stopped halfway.
