We ask a lot of ourselves as publicans and one of the biggest questions is: can we up our crisp game?! The answer is always yes.

What a lovely day that was! Thanks to everyone who turned up for the one day a year extravaganza that is #ShirkRustAndPray. Everyone was so lovely apart from the sprinkle of people who were rude about us using plastic on this one day. They have volunteered for washing up next year!

Biggest day in our pub calendar happens tomorrow: Shirk, Rust and Pray. Simple idea - one bus going between some local pubs. Beer and bus venn diagram realness! Starts lunchtime ish with the first bus from ours at 1pm… see you all tomorrow!

Our little beer cafe/pub/generally lovely public space has been a thing for four years this week! Our unofficial first day was the 8th of July 2022, our official first day was 13th July so we are generally celebrating all week!
