Micheal28 июл., 02:29I can’t emphasize enough that a successful suburb has a consistent connection to a city. However a successful city doesn’t need a suburban neighborhood connected to it, it just needs a good transit system.

Micheal23 июл., 04:42Sure there’s a limited amount of people who want to live in Vancouver, but that limit is no where near. Theres a more limit portion of people that want to live in suburbs, but are forced to because they live with their parents or a renting a room/floor.
Micheal23 июл., 04:28If you’re living in one of the big cities there, you don’t buy a house, you buy an co-op or condo, kids go to public school, max 1 car household, a bunch of free activities to do. Literally gives you more than 1/4 of your income back a year.
