Do you have the PNGs? And would you consider crowd sourcing the paper minis for the art you already have? Of they are blank backgrounds it wouldn't be a hard process to give them black outlines and tabs. Just takes time.

Correct. The only solution i found was hand both 4.4.9 and 4.5 on my computer, edit and print in one and cut in the other.

I'm sure you have a massive list of things you want to do but maybe a Phase Two set that adds something cool to a handful of your old sets as if they were Final Fantasy big bads. Fun callbacks and a great way to advertise for your old sets.
