I'm getting to the point where working out is harder because the soreness and pain doesn't go away, I get hurt much easier which is leading to me gaining weight. Got a little belly goin'.

I can't keep taking klonopin for obvious reasons but the alternative hydroxyzine makes me feel like absolute shit for like 3 days straight. Am I just doomed to anxiety and depression daily for 5 more months?

November. Fucking November. They delayed my hearing that I have appealed 3 TIMES OVER 3 YEARS another half a year. It was supposed to happen June 11th. WE only legally get 75 days notice but they get to delay it for 6 months. I'm barely scraping by as is, financially and mentally. I'm over it.

I'm so pissed that the Court can just fucking ghost you after postponing your SSDI hearing and not give any information or anything. Complete radio silence. It seems like it should be straight up illegal. It's fucking with my head and my mental health has been trashed.
