Dave. I play a lot of Magic. I used to play lots of DnD. Very bad at League of Legends. Geek, Scientist, Sports fan, Cynic. Brexit made me Swedish. He/Him.

Anything related to that individual, especially bearing their name, is utterly tainted because we know what that person is. Openly. They don't conceal who and what they are, and it's repugnant. Your reputation cannot be more damaged than the smoking wreckage it already is.

I didn't look like this, but being in the second line of healthcare wasn't much fun. Endless blood gas levels, patients with sky high ferritin levels... just having to be in close proximity knowing what our colleagues were going through. It was .... a time.

All due respect, if you didn’t look like this in the spring of 2020, I don’t really care about your opinion of Dr Fauci

We should normalise "one version of a given legendary" as a deckbuilding goal in commander. Not an absolute, because I know there are "all the versions of character x" decks (chandra.dec for example, or my Niv-Mizzets) out there, but the norm. Choose the one that fits best, or go all in.

This is justification of my personal "one version of a character per deck" rule*. Simic Landfall elves looks terrifying, and yes I have a Malaren deck - which I'm trying to keep as an elf-fairy mix (approx 60-40 atm). * my Tiamat Dragons approach Niv-mizzet typal deck doesn't count, ok?

Well shoot.

In fairness, I think this is intended as a joke. The most obviously ridiculous card possible.

CobertMTG 🔜 Pokemon XP!

Another banger from this group I forgot to post this is custom card which is Indestructible, makes one of every permanent in the game, deals 100 damage to anything… …and THEN wins the game. Card is just hooting and hollering.

Which is the exact opposite of what would have made the scheme work...

When Thatcher brought in right-to-buy for tenants of council houses, the councils were not allowed to use the proceeds to build new stock. Those of us working in local authorities at the time could see it happening.
