I don't understand why it is so hard to find the answer to "How much rain did we get yesterday?" I understand NWS is the official source but I can't figure out how to read their web pages. Where else can I look? Weather Underground said 0" which is obviously not right.

There are/have been traffic calming studies in #crozet where the people living on those streets say "What's taking so long? Just put in speed bumps!" I hope some of them see this video. (Although I do join in the "What's taking so long?" sentiment.)
