Beslan school is in Gaza? Or did you just get tired of us noting Hamas is a terrorist organization, one which uses civilians in Gaza for human shields on a widespread and chronic basis?

The Fourth Geneva Convention clearly says protected persons may not be used to protect military assets. The users of those civilians to protect those assets bears full and complete responsibility for what happens to them as a result. Do you not understand use of human shields is a war crime?

You do understand that the person who takes a human being and uses them for a shield -- a war crime, BTW! -- has full and complete responsibility for any death of that human being, correct? (I'd like to give you credit for not being that dim, but you're not giving me any support for that position.)

What "other cases"? Hamas attacks Israel and the IDF while it cowers behind civilians, including under hospitals. That's why the civilian body count is so high. What part of "human shields" did you not understand? And, that includes any reporters who work amongst those civilians.

Great reading comprehension; I hadn’t known “The Odyssey” took place in Palestine. (Learn something new every day around here, I do.) Whenever someone talks about the violent deaths of civilians in Gaza, I ask them about one of the earliest and most violent violations of the ceasefire. That’s all.
