I went because I was doubled over at work and crying from the cramps. I have a history of GI issues, including C.diff, so I've been told to always get things looked at. If it was only the shits I'd have probably assumed I ate too much dairy 😹

I was using BetterHelp. My work place covered a few sessions and honestly I think I would have kept with it had they kept coverage for it.

I used one that let me text my therapist using an app. Honestly I loved that because it felt more like I was interacting with a friend versus it being a clinical thing.
