💀💀💀 what’s just as annoying is he used my hyperfixation on animation and animated films as one of the main signs of me being autistic but never once asked to see my actual art 😭😭

-make a story out of them and I was like “are you serious??? I’m 17 😭😭” I did my best and he later wrote in his diagnosis report that I was definitely autistic but “wasn’t very creative/imaginative” and that has mildly to moderately irked me ever since 💀

Second most comedic moment in the saga was going back to the city for a diagnosis session for autism in 2022 and being assessed by a doctor in his 60s who was using diagnosis methods that were very clearly meant for young kids 😭 he gave me a bunch of random objects and plastic toys and told me to-

I vaguely remember that visit and I know they told me that I was going to get tested for ADD/ADHD, but being that young I had no baseline understanding for neurodivergency so I was like “oh we’re visiting the big kids hospital in the city for some reason even though I don’t feel sick! Ok cool!”

morning thoughts™️ there’s nothing more comedic in my life then in the spring of 2021 when I was like “I… I think I’m neurodivergent?” and my mom went “yeah we thought so for a while now too, we actually took you to get diagnosed back in first grade and they said to wait and see”
