I couldn't change my hotel reservation on the Marriott site today, so I called their number and the robot told me to go to the web site, so I used the support chat on the website, and then the rep said they couldn't change it either and gave me another number to call. EVERYTHING IS LIKE THIS

The really fucked up thing isn't just that nothing works, but how much I blame myself when companies don't provide the service they're supposed to provide.
