My parents have me making dinner and it’s just Mac n cheese but the anxiety is spiking. I can’t explain to them why, it’s a long story, and they just don’t get mental health issues. Just wish I didn’t have such bad anxiety. I can’t imagine how unstoppable I’d be without it 🫠
