The problem is the reflecting pool isn’t a chlorinated system. I’ve used hydrogen peroxide in a much smaller “natural pool” around 20k gals. Required constant brushing and filter cleaning and had to be dumped and refilled once a summer. Now multiply that x300 and you have the Lincoln memorial pool
