I ran the picture through Google and asked who it was. This is what I got.

Old people poop has its own very distinct smell. It’s not regular poop. I don’t know what happens in their systems, but it is a special level of stank. I’m a caregiver. I interact with this particular odor regularly, and often have to go spelunking to clean them up. In a diaper, it’s EVERYWHERE.
