Got about 3 hours of sleep last night. Pretty sure I got heat exhaustion today. My teeth hurt. I'm anxious about the dentist and insurance. I have a million things all priority due at work. I think I complain too much and people resent me for it... I think this is enough reasons to justify bed at 5

Weird taste in my mouth while eating. Sudden extreme panic it's my teeth since I know I've been having issues with them and I've been putting off seeing a dentist because of time and dental anxiety. Seems everything is fine but now I'm hyperparanoid....
