Under the #Yorkshire lantern corn dolly for Lammas, or Lughnasadgh the first harvest. Almost time for her afternoon nap, the morning and afternoon nap are punctuated by a lunch of gravy. Her not me. I have gratefully toiled in the garden mostly. #wheeloftheyear

Today I am mainly ingesting healthy and purple. No clue re macros or anything like that.
