How can I give her a hug without getting decapitated?

I am tired falling behind academically I am tired of letting my anxiety take over me I am tired of not doing things I like I am tired of being afraid all the time So I did a little doodle, I hope I continue to create things and not just consume. I hope it will change me to the person I want to be.

I like to think the reason why you can't sleep is your mind knowing it will give you a nightmare when you sleep, so it prevents you from sleeping, and when you force it by pills, it's like "alright, your responsibility now".
