I’m at that point in the term when I see another grad student and ask how they are and we both go, “yeah i’m just tired.” 😪

Played in the Lorwyn prerelease last night with Golgari elves and was promptly smashed out of the water by excellent opponents and went 0-3 😂 Won a couple of matches but overall got flooded w/out my mana sinks on the board. Good cards, good times.

Had my last check-in for the year with my diss supervisor and, with the promise of a last polish, got the 👍🏼 to send my last content chapter to the committee. Then I think we’re on a little break until January… inasmuch as one goes on a break while writing a dissertation, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Chapter 3 submitted to supervisor. Now need to clean up and format Works Cited.
