#SumLuv 2 my POV characters Danny and Nykky are in their early/mid 30s, earning unglamorous livings as professional musicians with a mix of studio work, and being hired onto tours. Nykky also gives drum lessons. A decade ago they were in a band, and a couple, and it all exploded on their only tour.

#pretendpanel Generally no—I just track word count if there’s a specific goal. BUT when I got to the end of drafting Danny & Nykky’s book (dual POV), I used Scrivener tags to count the words in their voices, and was delighted when it was even to 1/2 percent. (Which only makes editing harder, lol.)
