i get it bro. it's scary to think your way of life is on the brink of being threatened. but the fully digital realm of goods and services is one of the first pillars to collapse into ai's hands. it is an absolute inevitability. progress is unstoppable. it can only be slowed. but never stopped.

it's foolish to stick your head in the sand and pretend a fully cognitive ai that can truly think and act for itself will never happen. the 20 guys with shovels digging ditches never saw the 1 guy with a backhoe coming for their relevance.

ye. tho. the ai can read through the entire history of games and extrapolate what gamers find to be the most fun aspects of a game. and if it has the ability to fully a make a game from start to finish, then it can just make those things happen. and without a drive for greed, it would be free. scary

ai gets its answers by summarizing man made statements across the entire internet. and most of them link the sources they get their answers from so you can verify if it's got some scientific backing or if it's just some random blog post.

ye, there's real work in it. i'm not just going to say "make a combo of a charger and aventador like how gta does it." that's the caveman clapping rocks together method. i'll get a real artist to do it, then have a team of ai talk code + physics to each other, then i check their work and plug it in.

idk how to explain things. that's why my brain is lacking in the ability to make art. look at my profile picture. i paid someone to make that. ai can't do that on its own. it could however take that picture and animate it, like with a moving arm. i mean, in this example it'd look pretty stiff lol.

ai can write code without ripping it off. what it can't do is truly make its own unique art without copying at least some parts of what already exists. i will still be paying people to make things, such as a car model, then i'll be using the ai to rig it, like spinning wheels, suspension, etc

art is not a skill you can learn. your brain has to be wired right to make the connections from thoughts to reality. someone without the brain wires in the right spot can eventually make something that doesn't look like a kid's crayon drawings, but will never be at pro level, like videogame art.

with the speed tech is moving at, especially in purely digital things, it's a reasonable timeframe. as sad as it is, the first field of human work that can be 100% automated out is digital creations. games, art, videos, etc. of course humans can always still do those things afterwards as hobbies tho
