Out of curiosity, i wondered where in Toronto The Odyssey was actually playing in the 70mm IMAX format, and turns out... it's not. You gotta go West to Mississauga, or North to Vaughan for that. And then the next nearest theatres are Montreal and Halifax.

📛WHAT📛ELSE📛TOFU📛WEEK📛 comes to an end (because i pretty much had the same thing the following 2 days), it's TOFU SALMON! This is probably the most involved in flavouring i've tried as you gotta use a blender and marinate overnight, but honestly? It may be my favorite thing made with tofu yet.

So there's roti. There's naan. There's tortilla. And there's pita. ... ...that's as far as i thought this flat bread post through.

📛WHAT📛ELSE📛TOFU📛WEEK📛 goes on, this time... oddly similar to the last 2 times, it's Halifax Tofu Donair! If you never had a Halifax donair, on the surface, not to different from a shawarma or gyro, EXCEPT for the sweet milky sauce, which i learned is vinigar, garlic powder, and condensed milk.
