Interesting to read this from a local government point of view. Some interesting tidbits but feels very focused on the Mayor / Strategic Authority layer. Also: suggestion of fewer grants and more retained business rates. Has anyone evaluated the existing business rates retention pilots?

What responsibility does the manufacturer of the tool have for fabrications it's tool makes? Or the organisation which procured it and put it in the hands of the user.
Colin Yeo2/2 It’s getting to the point where mentioning AI is beside the point. Doing so minimises personal responsibility by blaming another “person”. Firstly, when did that ever work? Secondly, AI isn’t a person. These cases are better described as straight up fabrications by the actual person responsible.
