Stacy KingBoth Penguin Random House and our booth sold out of Dungeons & Dragons Crochet before the end of the first day of GenCon. I am blown away by the support and we are trying to find out if we can rush ship more copies to the show (fingers crossed 🤞).

Lighting is one of the greatest challenges for any dungeon interior designer. You need to keep it dim for the ambiance, but not so dark that people can't appreciate your work. Once a designer came up with a clever solution via skeleton lanterns, it was inevitable that the trend would catch on.

The framing of this as "crashing" frustrates me, because this was absolutely a stunt arranged through & with the support of Comic Con, probably to avoid the protests & pushback if people had known about it in advance. It's not a fun perk for fans, it's stealth marketing of a domestic abuser.
