Having passengers on their return trip say, “wow, those were great recommendations, we loved it” makes me feel so good. I have no financial benefit, I just want people to enjoy exploring. It’s a good reminder to get out and experience new things in a new to you place. Never ever stop exploring

For some reason that I can’t explain as a person with anxiety of large groups of people, I’m really enjoying my job working welcoming and serving/guiding people in the new job. Still not sure how I’m managing, but it’s been good for me, and I’m happier in general. Hours suck, but the money is good 🛳️

Despite working almost 12 hours today, had a pleasant couple hours in Victoria on layover at the BC Crabfest. Way to much food, loads of fun. Got yelled at by aggressive vegans upon entry, let them know Frank was a tasty crab on my way out.
