Magnus MagicusIt clearly states "of one additional color not in this commander's color identity" and you can also run "any basic lands". So if you choose red you can play Lighting Bolt. And you also play Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain and Forest cards. And Wastes ;) I don't think this is confusing at all?
