alt palette of the thing i drew the other day i like the more natural tones of the original, but i love the purple/blue tones in this version too

i think that a proper Metal Tails design should have been basically the Archie version, but replacing the tails with something like a pair of tentacle-like cables akin to Dr. Octopus the robots can already fly, so it doesn't make sense to give Metal Tails *additional* thrusters or helicopter tails

still some more refinements i can make to the sprite itself, but i decided to update the portraits to be 48x48 rather than 32x32 the space was already being used, so why not

tried to very loosely mimic the artstyle Pixel uses in his more sketch-y drawings that he's been posting the last few years

the guy that has been accusing me of using ai to generate the shit i've been drawing is legitimately so angry at me holy shit (screenshot was taken by my friend because they blocked me so i couldn't see it)

somebody i know was curious if i could try drawing his lop-eared rabbit oc and i don't know i have it in me, man i am happy with the posing though

really just trying to build up the motivation to draw dialogue portraits, but i am dreading having to work with the 4 color limitation

really liked that other pose so i did it too

friend asked me to interpret their dnd oc from a pencil sketch and description; a serval monk character wearing a sugar skull mask design on the mask isn't exactly as they described it, but it was mostly just to illustrate that it is, in fact, supposed to be one i also made them wd gaster

someone accused me of ai generating the drawings i posted the last few days because it "doesn't match the style" i apparently draw in (they even drew gore of gale in one of the posts which is funny; true hater) thought it'd be fun to draw a sprite in any case

ended up finishing this drawing a bit earlier

i think the funniest part about the sonikku drawing arc is that i fully convinced myself in the last 15 years that i just was incapable of drawing anything outside of pixel art i'm starting to think that it might just be because it's been so hard to find something i actually want to draw
