All I'm doing is declaring a very simple common-sense rule that nobody's allowed to call me a asshole.

I can't see Stevens without being reminded that she's the inevitable result of a rigorous and explicit initiative by Democratic leadership for the party to stand for nothing. I don't know--this is looking like a wave election, and all kinds of reprehensible people have been elected in waves.

The sad thing about this farce is that it's going to work. The whole point here is Musk made himself the face of an incredibly unpopular political project, and with the recent market downturn some investors are souring on his companies. But now that he's wrung his hands a little they'll buy again.
