We could just do what we've been doing (attacks against a bunch of little targets that doesnt accomplish anything) just... a bit more

We could do a bigger attack than normal against a target deeper inside akin to Midnight Hammer but it's unlikely to accomplish anything and will put manned airframes at risk for the first time since early April

I'd put $10 on any "super big attack" to not really be that more substantial than what we've been seeing. We've likely severely depleted our standoff weapon stockpile, we're operating almost entirely out of Israel+KSA or further (Greece, Italy, etc). We're genuinely limited in our options.

A reminder of the human tragedy of this war. Shame we'll never see whether any of the 3,500+ Iranians killed by the US and Israel thus far were Ted Lasso fans. I'm sure quite a few were, perhaps some of the 20 female volleyball players killed by a US Army PrSM missile in February.

A stronger regional response after the strike on the embassy in Damascus, or a fuller embrace of regional frog-boiling escalation dominance rather than the symbolic demonstration of the True Promise barrages likely would have been a much better (for Iran) approach

The real gamechanger would have obviously been immediate AoR+Iran buy-in on Oct 7 2023, but that's the one scenario I could legitimately see nuclear weapon deployment by Israel. Iran could have been unaware of it until it began and still have MRBMs disrupting Israeli air operations by late morning.
