And a bot could do this too, it doesn't have to be a human wasting their time. Bots on social media can use these image generation tools.

No the first orange ones were AI generated. The yellow sticky one I wrote, trying to imitate the first one's writing. I gathered you're the type who can't admit they're wrong so it didn't matter how good the image was, you'd say it looked fake. So I pulled a sneaky on you and gave you a real one.

That one is real. Wrote it myself. Can prove it if you'd like. Asking for a video is completely different test! I think we've proven that asking for a note with date/time written on it is no longer a good bot/human test. Thanks for playing.

Don't you mean a bot trying to influence you? The whole point of the test is you're trying to determine if you're talking to a bot right?

lol ok pretend I remembered to add that to the prompt, the point is that it looks plenty good enough for a lot of people. Also, as others have pointed out, a lot of real humans will tell you to pound sound if you ask them for this because they don't care what you think.

Interestingly, when I ask Gemini to evaluate if this is an AI generated image it says it can't tell. The cropping I did must mess with their methods somehow.

Ok I did a few passes in Gemini and got this. Honestly I think this would satisfy 80% of normies, maybe half that on bsky.

And America will have to get good at this again because a lot of our infrastructure is aging or has already aged out. We can't just throw up our hands and say "we used to be good at building stuff and now we aren't". The bulk of the cost of nuclear plants is financing and civil works. Not reactors.

IMO a lot of that just comes with building big infrastructure in the US. It's not particular to nuclear power, you can make the exact same complaint about bridges, subways, high speed rail, etc. Countries that are good at those are the ones that can build nuclear plants quickly/cheaply.

Like Turkey Point? The ones that got permits but never started construction, sure. But how would a report about updating overnight construction cost projections make use of those cases?

I was talking about construction costs of the next AP-1000 built in the US. Which failed projects are you referring to and would they be relevant in that context? AFAIK only Vogtle and Summer actually got to construction phase.
