Warren Wells, AICPIn the last two days, I've had two instances of drivers straight up *not seeing me.* Me, a 5'11" guy riding a 9-ft long, tomato-red cargo bike, with two kids in the bucket wearing hi-viz helmets. I'm beginning to think the "cyclist came out of nowhere" problem is on the drivers' end.
