Good morning 🌞 I'm pretty tired. As usual, I had broken sleep last night. My nose was pretty stuffy despite using my nose strips and mouth guard (I even used chest rub and saline spray). I messaged my doctor to ask her when I should be expecting my CPAP machine.

he MRI of my neck got denied by my insurance because it's n o t m e d i c a l l y n e c e s s a r y. Insurance's companies three favorite words. Whatever. I'm so used to western medicine dismissing my fibromyalgia. I have like 2 doctors that have taken it seriously and I am very grateful for them.

Good morning fam 🥰 happy Sunday. I'm working overtime today. Then I have an out speak at a rehab. I slept pretty good last night and that helped a lot along with the NyQuil and ibuprofen. 🙏 My throat is a little yucky but I took some DayQuil.

I'm almost done with work. I have a massage scheduled at 6 PM. Then I want to go to the gym and attend an online meeting. I love my sober life. 🥰 #RecoveryPosse

My CPAP machine is here! Apparently they tried delivering it yesterday but it required a signature and no one heard the knock on the door lol. So I have to go to the post office during my lunch break to retrieve it.

Good morning ❤️I had a nightmare that I relapsed and I confessed to my home group. I know it's 'just a dream' but as a former chronic relapser, I hate that sh*t. I'm praying and staying close to my Higher Power today. I have over 5 years of sobriety btw. #RecoveryPosse
