I don't know what the smaller frame shown in this infographic for Laser IMAX is supposed to mean. I saw it at regal city north and it was the full 1.43 aspect ratio.

IMAX 70mm and Laser IMAX are the same aspect ratio. Plain 70mm is going to cut off the top and bottom of the frame.

disagree with the recommendation to see 70mm over laser imax. Yeah it's gonna look good, but you are cutting off huge pieces of the picture. Go see the IMAX format, even if you have to put up with digital.
